The Bouteville flat, with an area of 126 m2, is on the 2nd floor of the mansion. It is made up of 2 large double bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people and have comfortable king size 180×200 bedding (can be converted into 2 90×200 beds), as well as a shower room (wc). A living room combines kitchen and living room. The whole apartment has been carefully renovated, highlighting the charm of old beams and floors in a chic and cozy atmosphere.

It will be the starting point for visiting the Cognac Houses on foot or for a walk along the Charente… In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Royal Castle of Cognac, the public garden, as well as the Francois 1er park (classified site, 48 hectares of preserved and protected nature)… but also the restaurants or bars! You can also enjoy the swimming pool in the heart of this beautiful environment (in season).
